Shipping policy

Shipping Policy of The Festoon Guys
Delivery of Products:
We will only deliver Products ordered through the Site to a location where we provide delivery services. All efforts are made to dispatch the order
within 2 business working days from date of purchase. This excludes all  items marked by an ( * ) Asterix as these items are shipped factory direct (drop shipped) and can take up to 30 days for delivery and in some cases only supply limited tracking. Limited tracking refers to all the services that, besides registering some tracking updates during the transit, will not provide any confirmation that the parcel has reached the receiver's address. Coverage ends before the delivery at destination, meaning that the last tracking event could be the arrival at customs. It may not tell you when the package was dispatched at the destination country, or what day and time it was delivered to the destination address. 

For LIMITED Tracking, neither the Courier or Shipper will be able to provide any additional updates between the updates. Once a shipment has past 10 working days over the expected delivery date, we can raise an investigation with the courier. 
Kindly note that very few couriers with LIMITED tracking provide liability or insurance for lost parcels. 
No tracking means you will not receive any tracking number or updates on your parcel's journey.

For NO Tracking there is no investigation or claim that can be made.

    You may obtain further information on the Site about our delivery time frames and how we deliver certain Products. The Delivery Fee for your order depends on the type of Product you order (in particular, the size and weight of the Product).
    You agree to comply with certain delivery requirements specified below and such other requirements that we notify you when you place your order
    through the Site. We may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with proof of that person’s identity (including photographic identification) and, if the order has been paid by credit card, then we may also ask you to show us the credit card for us to conduct
    our verification checks. The address specified by you during the customer registration process for the delivery of Products that we will supply to you under these terms and conditions is deigned here as the “Delivery Address”. If there is no one or no appropriate person at the Delivery Address to receive the order or, if you are required to be present at the time of delivery and you are not present at that time, then we will not deliver the Products you have ordered. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time, and we may charge you an additional Delivery Fee for that replacement delivery. You acknowledge and agree that any person at the Delivery Address who receives the Products is authorised by you to receive your order. The buyer is also responsible for arranging the return of the items at their expense.
